Refund Policy – The Basics

At HairCarist, we aim to provide the highest quality services and customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or booking, please review our refund guidelines below.

Service Bookings

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

No-shows will not be refunded.
