Return Policy
At Plantique, your satisfaction matters to us. Because plants are living products, we take special care to ensure they arrive healthy and in great condition.
Returns
If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant and packaging. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not accept returns for healthy plants once delivered. Pots, planters, and accessories may be eligible for return within 7 days, provided they are unused and in original condition.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
