Returns

    • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

    • Sale items and personalized/customized products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

    • You will receive a return authorization and instructions on where to send your items.

  • Shipping Costs for Returns:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

  • Refund Processing:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

  • Eligibility for Exchanges:

    • Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or style adjustments within 30 days of purchase.

    • The item must meet the same eligibility criteria as listed for returns.

  • How to Request an Exchange:

  • Shipping Costs for Exchanges:

    • Customers may be responsible for shipping costs for exchanged items unless the original item was damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
